Weekly Trading Update -

I'm going to keep this update relatively short this week as I want to watch the Ryder Cup. It's actually been a very quiet week overall. My main 4 hour trading system (see right for more details) didn't find any decent set-ups on the major currency pairs. However I did manage to make some excellent profits thanks mainly to the Forex Morning Trade system, which is the new day trading system that I've been trading for the last couple of weeks.

As you can see below there were 3 winning trades, each generating a profit of 40 points, and just the 1 losing trade (also 40 points), giving me a total profit for the week of 80 points (minus the spreads).

Monday: + 40 points
Tuesday: - 40 points
Wednesday: + 40 points
Thursday: +40 points
Friday: no trade
Technically speaking there was a (long) trading signal given this morning but one of the indicators used suggested that it was a borderline trade at best, and I just didn't fancy it. As it turned out it did generate a 40 point profit although not before the price fell 39.8 points, and as I manually trade this system I would inevitably have taken the loss at this point.

Anyway the Forex Morning Trade system continues to build profits slowly and steadily, which is very refreshing because most of the products being sold online are completely useless. It won't make you rich overnight but in the long run it is likely to perform extremely well, particularly when you compound your profits week after week and month after month.
