Navadeep, Bhumika and Kim Sharma of Khadgam fame are pairing up for a film to be directed by PA Arun Prasad and produced by Raju and Praveen on the banner of Silver Screen Movies. The producers have decided to title the film as Yagam. Bharat Thakur of Downtown Films Pvt Ltd, is presenting the movie.
Speaking on the occasion, director Arun Prasad said, “We have prepared a good subject to earn action hero image to Navadeep. As per the demand of the subject, we are planning to shoot those action scenes both in India and also in Bangkok. The hero's role would have two different shades. On the one hand, it is quite entertaining and jovial and on the other hand, it has seriousness. The movement of the story would be very interesting. The action scenes shot in Bangkok have been composed by a foreign fight master Tony Jaw, known as Jackie Chan of Thailand. Though the film is an action film, it has nice entertainment too. We have tried our best to show the other angle in Bangkok. The producers did not compromise in the production as they completely trusted the script. Only one song remains balance and that would be shot in January with which we wrap up the shooting. We are planning to complete post-production works soon and release the film by the end of January.”
Ali, Brahmanandam, Harshavardhan, Ajay, Raghubabu, Rahuldev, Indrakumar and others are in the cast. Music is by Manisharma, lyrics are by Bhaskarabhatla, Anant Sriram, cinematography is by Bharani K Dharan, editing is by Marthand K Venkatesh, action is by Selva, while story, dialogues, screenplay and direction are by PA Arun Prasad.
