She spent her childhood in Toronto, Canada and she attended Parliament Oak Primary School, Niagara District Secondary School and York University.
In 1995 she participated at Ford Supermodel of Canada search and fortunately for her she was the winner.
As an actress she appeared in movies like "The Utopian Societ" and "Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle".
In 2005 was seen in the HBO series "The Comeback" and after two years she was one of the lead actresses in "The Heartbreak Kid".
She is the lead singer of Ozono, a rock band that changed their name to The Petalstones.
