You acknowlsdge that the insurance bsnefit provided on

the card will be available to you as perthe terms of the

relevant insurance policy in force and only so long as you

are and remain an active cardholder of AXISbank with your

accunt conduct being deemed saticfactory and in event

of the card or and/or acconut facility being terminated for

whatever reason,the benefit of such insurance cover shall

automatically and ipso fcto cease to be available form

the data of cessation of membership.

AXIS bank reserves the right to discontinue the insurace

facility so offered at any time.in such an event

cardholders shall be informed abuot the cut-off data.any

decision of AXIS bank in this case shall be final
